Come read with therapy dogs in the cozy library atmosphere! 1-4 therapy dogs and their human handlers (all certified through the Dogtors organization) will be sharing stories with young readers of all ability and confidence levels. The University of Dayton's Pi Beta Phi chapter will offer a selection of reading activities for those waiting their turn to read with the dogs.
At this free-play program, children from 2-12 years are provided an open-ended prompt to encourage imaginative building and playing with Legos and Duplos. Parents are encouraged to participate too! Coloring pages and books provided for the less building-inclined. Themes:

o October 2nd – Castles and Knights
o October 9th – Vikings
Children in grades K-3 are invited to join Mrs. Mills for Wednesday Wonders! Listen to special presenters, participate in literacy-based and hands-on activities, create crafts, and more at this program!
