Come explore the art and science of podcasting! Every week we will listen to a kid-friendly podcast and practice a podcasting skill. Participants will be invited to plan, record, and edit their own podcast for a listening party at the end of summer! Due to the technical nature of this program, children should be entering first grade at a minimum.
Celebrate Purim with storytelling, crafts, and snacks, led by Rochel Simon! This storytime is pajama-friendly, and makes for a great wind-down evening activity for your preschoolers and early elementary kiddos. For children ages 3 and older. Siblings are welcome!
Shape and make yummy Hamantashen, create a character gragger, land listen to a Purim story.
Join us for a very special family event, Fairytale Universe! Wright Library’s meeting room will be transformed into scenes straight from the storybooks.
Children (preschool - 3rd grade) and their families can play imaginatively with Red Riding Hood, do STEM activities with the Three Little Pigs and Jack and the Beanstalk, and craft with the Princess and the Pea! The event will be filled with learning and family fun.
