Do you like making Rainbow Loom bracelets? Join Mrs. Mills for an afternoon of bracelet making just in time for holiday gift giving on Tuesday, December 17, from 3:30-5:00 p.m. in the Children’s Room.
Learn how to make a single pattern bracelet and a fishtail bracelet, or share your expertise with friends and make your own project. Bring your loom and supplies if you have one; however, extra looms, bands, and c-clips will be available for children who do not have their own.
Bring your family and join Mrs. G for an evening of music at 7:00pm in the Meeting Room! Students from Oakwood High School will be playing holiday music featuring woodwind instruments. Be sure to also join us upstairs in the Children’s Room immediately following the performance for a Christmas story and cookies with Mrs. Mills. This program is most appropriate for families with children up to age 12. Children under age 2 must have an adult caregiver. No registration necessary.
Meet Tom the Turkey, who really thinks he is Bob the Peacock, at this hilarious show about the history of Thanksgiving and what it means to be thankful. This show contains magic and humor, and is most appropriate for children ages 3-12 and their families. Join us in the Meeting Room at 7:00 pm for some Thanksgiving fun.
While you're on break from school, stop by the library for a movie.
