Teens Collecting for Classrooms of Students in Need

Crayons to Classrooms
The Teen Advisory Board (TAB) at Wright Memorial Public Library is carrying out a community service project this summer. They are collecting for Crayons to Classrooms which provides basic school supplies at no cost to teachers in classrooms of children in need in the Greater Dayton Area. Crayons to Classrooms provides essential resources to teachers, thereby enhancing learning for students in need.

The TAB group is collecting:

  • Crayons (24 count)
  • Pens
  • Pencils
  • Glue sticks
  • Filler paper
  • Construction paper
  • Pocket folders
  • Scissors
  • Rulers
  • Markers
  • Notebooks
  • Colored Pencils

All donations can be dropped off at the Library now through September 16th. The Library Teen Advisory Board (TAB) meets monthly to plan, promote, and participate in projects that serve the Library and the community.
