The Greater Dayton Brass Ensemble performs at 6:30 p.m., September 7 as the Far Hills Music Series continues at Wright Library. This brass ensemble, with an amazing variety of repertoire, is made up of some of the area’s top performers. Their repertoire includes jazz, classical arrangements, ragtime and more.
Tuesday, August 29th the Far Hills Music Series continues with Malarkey, a quartet featuring a variety of instruments and sounds. Malarkey includes local artists Bill Burns, Rich Begel, Chris Berg, and Brian Cashwell. The foursome performs original compositions, jazz standards, and the occasional pop/rock arrangement on trombone, baritone saxophone, soprano saxophone, bass, keyboards, melodicas, hand percussion, and more.

Meet at the Library at 10:00 AM for this 1.5 mile walk through Loy Garden, Elizabeth Gardens and Houk Stream. Water bottles and comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Photography is encouraged!
